Properties Deriving from each component properties, this complex is: astringent, soothing, regenerating, decongesting, vaso-constricting.
Application In eye skin care products: For eye circles and puffiness around the eyes.
Dosage in formulation 1% to 10%

Toleration For the manufacture of cosmetic preparation, this complex is non-irritant to the intact skin. No objection to the application of preparations containing this complex in the vicinity of the eye.
Storage At cellar to room temperature (protected from light, in well closed containers. For good efficiency, this complex should not be stored for longer than 1 year before processing.
